Dear All! Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the store is temporarily closed, but you can pick up purchases made on Instagram or in the webshop, during the store's normal opening hours:
Every Thursday and Friday at 12-17 and the first Saturday of the month at 12-15.
Be aware that there may be a queue for collection outside the store, so finally remember hat and mittens :-)

When do you send my package?
We ship within 1-3 days.
Is the store closed due to COVID-19?
Yes, the store is unfortunately closed until February 8, 2021, due to the COVID-19 restrictions in Denmark. Fortunately, you can still come down to the store and pick up the items you buy here in the webshop. See opening hours above in the yellow box.
Can I pick up my purchases even if there is COVID-19 shutdown?
Yes, all purchases can still be picked up in our store within our normal opening hours. (Thursday and Friday from 12-17, as well as the first Saturday of the month from 12-15).
Which shipping company do you use?
We always ship with GLS. In Denmark, delivery to the nearest GLS parcel shop.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, you just have to select "Pickup" in the order flow. Then you save on shipping and then have to pick up in our store.
How long do I have the right of withdrawal?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your products.
How do I return an item?
If you regret your purchase, you can return it within the 14 day cancellation period. Either by coming down to our store with the item, or by requesting a return label by writing to email@example.com
Who pays the freight on return?
You must pay the return shipping yourself if you want to return an item. We will deduct the price of the return shipping before we return the final amount to you.
Are prices always inclusive?
It always appears from the product whether the price includes frame. If the price is without a frame, you can buy a glass frame or a rail frame.
Do you send framed posters, prints and unique items?
We never send glass frames, as the risk of them breaking is too great. We can send rail frames with, as they can be attached to the work in a poster tube.
Minor prints (also those with passerpartout) can also be sent, but without a frame.
Do you send abroad?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping price will be added to the check-out flow after the delivery address has been entered. You can also see our shipping rates here.
What payment options do you have?
You can pay with various international credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX etc.) and then of course also MobilePay.
